            Delegates Sponaugle, Caputo & H White move to amend the bill on page 7, Section 20, line 109, following the period, by inserting a new subdivision (D) to read as follows:

            (D) Notwithstanding any code provision, agency directive or administrative decision to the contrary, the offices of the State Treasurer and the State Auditor located in the east and west wings of the first floor of the State Capitol, Building 1, shall be moved to Building 3 of the State Capitol Complex. The Department of Administration shall consult with the State Treasurer and State Auditor on the design and locations of their offices in building 3 to assure that these offices are redesigned to fulfill the needs and duties of their respective offices: Provided, That the State Treasurer and State Auditor may retain their private office in Building 1 at locations agreed to by them, the Department of Administration and the Joint Committee on Government and Finance. Upon the vacancy of these offices in west and east wings of Building 1, the east wing offices of the State Treasurer shall be designated for the use of the House of Delegates and the west wing offices of the State Auditor shall be designated for the use of the State Senate.”
